WE COULD BE TIEROES
A fav’ outfit I’ve been working for action missions during Lockers II & III strongly channels Heroes Of The Telemark - A 1965 film starring Richard Harris and Kirk Douglas fighting Nazis on skis in Norway during WWII, and thwarting that Hitler twat getting an atomic bomb. An actual Norwegian confirmed my look resonated suitably well, right down to the clementines I carry in the backpack. For pinpoint authenticity I was instructed to seek out a Kvikk Lunsj, effectively a Norwegian Kit Kat.
The shots of me are from ages ago, back when it was okay to walk about outside and that: A Regents Park assignment to wheel a pram around with the Telecom tower*, as ever, watching over us.
Pivotal styling factors of stance include:
-Same-ish light colour for main garm-combo.
-Cinched waist padded jacket- cinched right in
-Backpack straps cuts/defines the arms, while other dangle, urgently
-Tucking trousers into zi boots
NB. Obvs, beret should be a Scandi woolly hat, but what-le-fuck, am practically French since Brexit.
So, my “Zeros of the Telepark” look combines C.P.Company (click) down padded coat with cinched waist, Tod’s winter Gommino suede lace ups with shearling lining, Arket 3-Way duffle-holdall-ting, E.Tautz grey drill Chore work trousers, Pringle Of Scotland under Claire Waight Keller era angora grannie hand knit, Stoney webbing belt, navy Lock Basque beret and same colour Berluti scarf that grinds odd looking and tricky to remove bur-lumps of dark cashmere into one stubble. Cool.
Stubbs out.
